Kabar, he still says illegals can pay a fine and stay.

Those illegals are working inside the United States.

We have tens of millions of U. S. Citizens out of work.

This is a new plan, and he’s proven to you he’s serious?

Based on what?

Kabar, he still says illegals can pay a fine and stay. Those illegals are working inside the United States. We have tens of millions of U. S. Citizens out of work.

Since 1990 we have brought in 30 million LEGAL PERMANENT IMMIGRANTS. And we continue to bring in 1.1 million legal immigrants a year. In addition, we import 640,000 guest workers a year. At any one time there are over 2 million guest workers working legally in this country. Do you think that has an impact on jobs and wages? And these legal immigrants receive welfare legally and they can vote legally after being here 5 years. They vote two to one Democrat.

From an article in Politico yesterday:

Conservative critics of Walker pounced, with the Washington Examiner’s Philip Klein calling the latest shift “bizarre” and newsletter writer Ben Domenech describing Walker’s position as “held by none of the other presidential candidates,” including hard-line Sen. Ted Cruz. The Daily Caller’s Matt Lewis called it “a demagogic pander.”

Walker's position scares the crap out of the political and corporate elites. They will do whatever they can to take him out. He is the American Nigel Farage. Immigration can be a winning issue for the GOP if Walker plays it this way. As someone who has been working on this issue for 8 years as a grassroots immigration activist who lobbies on the Hill, I can tell you that this message will resonate with most Americans. A couple of years ago, I wrote this article, Mass Immigration versus the Rights of American Workers I described it as the real civil rights issue of our time.

None of the candidates has said they will round up the lawbreakers and deport them.

Obama is acting, not saying. Obama has two exective amnesties covering up to 6 million lawbreakers. The 2012 Dreamer amnesty has legalized, to date, 580,000 Dreamers giving them SSNs and work permits. He is in the process of giving another 5 million the same benefits. He provided it to 500,000 prior to being stopped by a judge temporarily. Obama is not enforcing our immigration laws. He released over 36,000 criminal aliens on to our streets in 2013 alone. He has given work permits to the spouses of H-1b visa holders. Where is your outrage? By 2016, amnesty will be a fait acompli. The only argument will be whether they should be put on to a path to citizenship or not.
