I wear military surplus clothing a lot when doing stuff on weekends. I wonder if I’ll be subject to arrest?
I suspect it is illegal. It looks like a high-capacity vest with more than five pockets, and several of those pockets are capable of holding more than ten flash drives.
It doesn’t even look remotely tactical.
