Actually, this is an exhibit of behavior these teens were programmed to do. These teens are not way below average intelligence, they have just been raised (or not) to think in tribal mentality, which does not fit in modern societies. They have been cultivate by a democrat machine to hate white people and now seek opportunities to act out that hatred. The 'music' they absorb and the drugs they ingest and the sexual promiscuity they enjoin has deadened their souls, by design.

These feral, mostly black teens are a designer animal for the planned end of The Republic. They are the fodder for the coming collapse of America. Each mouth will get hungry and thirsty and they will herd up and go raiding to get what they want. Their first victims then will be the elders who have no control over them and have cultivated the herd mentality. When they try to pour into the burbs, blacks and whites together will be slaughtering them as they deserve by then.

I don’t think you can even say that this particular set of kids has a low IQ. They might be smart kids.

What they have is a culture they are raised in where this type of activity is encouraged and accepted. They have enablers in media and politics who suggest we can’t expect better, who insist that this is someone else’s fault, and that these kids have a right to be acting in this fashion.

We have a breakdown in society. This could happen regardless of the race of the kids, or their IQ. It just happens that in this country, at this time, the reality is that blacks in the cities are being raised in this fashion.

Average for whom? The entire human race? A particular race? Your statement makes absolutely no sense. The AVERAGE IQ of the American Negro is 85. Of course some will have IQs above that and likewise some have IQs below that. That is how an AVERAGE is calculated. The facts are that the AVERAGE American Negro IQ is 85 which is considered dull normal or mildly retarded. That some fall above that average is a given so I don't understand your point.
