"Why release the news today? The only way this makes sense is if they were killed in January, but somehow not ID'd until now. Otherwise there is gross dishonesty or utter incompetence, for the President to claim he just found out this week.

Megyn Kelly last night was talking about a news story in Newsweek (which Newsweek gave very little attention to) about a big Ukrainian donor to the Clinton Foundation who was flagrantly violating the Iran sanctions while Hillary was Secretary of State. It had been 4 days since Newsweek broke the story and Megyn was the first person to call attention to it. Maybe the WH is afraid some other media might pick up on it.
