So you get to sell your dump in The City, buy a 4000 sq ft house in a lower cost area, and still have enough money left over to retire on?

I don’t see the problem here, I see an opportunity

Exactamundo! All those billions of dollars that we spend at Walmarts, Targets, Home Depot, Apple, etc, a good chunk of which go to China are now coming home to roost. It’s all good.

Yep, actually it is quite a nice home thank you, and for retirement will move from a 4 bedroom near the beach to a two bedroom in the midwest, sell for $1million buy for $100,000 that will be a good bit smaller but yes, this will be funding retirement.
