she was allegedly resisting arrest by refusing to relax her arms behind her back so that the cop could put handcuffs on. Her hands are behind her back but she sounds as if she is arguing with the cop about how she is doing it.
So what? Are American citizens brutally slammed into the pavement and their lives threatened because they aren’t cooperative with a cop? She was drunk and mouthy, not accused of murder.
Cops like this need to be fired, charged with assault, and punished.
