My guess is that both Cruz and Rubio will most likely give different messages to Spanish audiences than English.HOw either will eventually rule is probably unknown.
Proving my point once again that we have no 100% candidates.
However if I had to pick between Cruz and
Rubio, Cruz stands taller, IMHO.
