Can you explain why you keep claiming he changed his policy.
He backed McCain Kennedy in 2006/07, he stated he back illegal paying a fine and staying in the U. S. in 2013, and on March 1st, he stated he could find a way to let illegals stay now if they pay a fine.
His policy hasn’t changed in 9 years that we know of, possibly even longer than that.

But that is a distraction in terms of this thread. In terms of substance, i.e., increasing legal immigration, you have stated that Cruz is wrong. That is the point. Walker is right on this issue and Cruz is wrong.
