While I’m not against that based on the comments about the Bison being very hostile to humans, in a city the shot is very dangerous because of the possible humans behind the animal even blocks away.

If the animal kills someone it’s obviously bad because they could have been shot.

If someone is shot mistakenly, it’s bad because the shot should never have been fired.

I've shot many deer...with .270 and .308 rifles. Mostly under 200 yds. Bullets don't go much farther after hitting the chest area of a deer. Most of time...I found the bullet in the deer. IOW's...no exit wound.

What I don't know is...how far away these "shooter's" were from the Buff's...
