While that may address his core competency, the McDonald's environment would deprive him of the exposure to the elements of his own community inclined to acts of armed violence. That wouldn't be fair. He needs to have exposure as significant as the little girl he accuses of racist fear.

No, the system is dead. I have no problem telling my children to be wary around young blacks, and this judge provides justification for doing so: The perps walked, and are now a menace to anyone around them. Though there are black populations in neighboring cities, very few live in my town (those that can escape the cities tend to head west); my town itself has gone from Scottish & Irish to heavily South American over the past thirty years.
My children won’t be casualties in our undeclared low-profile race war; many of their friends are foreigners (Asians and Hispanics), and their parents are apparently taking the same precautions. Many of the remaining Americans are either the original refugees from Newark when it fell nearly fifty years ago, or their descendants; like the residents of Laketown, we know what Smaug is and no public relations campaign will ever change that - the ruins of Dale are within plain sight (thankfully across a river).
White America is opting for the latter; have you seen any playgrounds or schoolyards lately?
Many people living along the frontiers of the welfare reservations here in northern NJ keep dogs; they are great protection and an early warning sytem. In South Africa whites have used them in this capacity for decades.

People like this are having multiple effects-entire families and sets of friends are learning to HATE blacks and be racist for the first time in their lives.
If this judge thinks the little girl won’t remember all this, or that her beliefs won’t affect her parents, friends, teachers, ministers, he’s just flat out wrong.
