Ah, the Justifiers justifying Cruz’s justification.

Ah, the ignorant masses who accept voting in the actual vote is more important than stopping the process to the vote proceed.

Why not admit that Cruz blew the vote (whether intentional or not is irrelevant)? He missed doing his day job. Just admit Cruz isn’t perfect; don’t try to justify the missed vote on something so crucial.

Why don't you get off of Cruz's back and get angry at the RINOs who both voted for cloture and voted to confirm Eric Holder's twin sister.

The closure vote WAS THE VOTE. Some people just do not get it.

Just helping you out, Extreme. I’m being a lot nicer than the left will be over this. Hey, I’m all in for Cruz. I get it, but I’d rather not have someone who says “do as I say not as I do.” Why give the left unnecessary ammo? This is a totally unforced error. Justify it all you want but I still say it really looks poor that he’s not executing his day job satisfactorily. Perception is everything in politics, and the left will paint this with a large irresponsible brush.
