The jokes are not funny. Amazed that people continue with this pathetic attempt at humor, for lack of a better word.
Samaritan’s Purse is Responding to Deadly Nepal Earthquake
Samaritans Purse gets it right. Good organization.

I sent some money in. Nepal is close to my heart.
Thanks for the link.
lighten up I didn’t read the whole article, I just glanced at the title- the title made it sound like just a shrine was damaged- Cripes- Of COURSE we’re not making fun of the victims-
I have never been disappointed in Franklin Graham’s ministry “Samaritans Purse”. When I have questions they are very accommodating.
and just for the record- the others probably just read the title as well- That’s what busy people do- read titles, and make quick comment and move along to next story- NOBODY is making fun of the victims in Nepal- relax
a bit off topic, and not to derail this thread- but they’ve also set up a page for the bakery couple that was just fined by two lesbians if you’re interested in donating to that cause too- here’s the link if you or anyone else is interested

Agreed. It's stuff like that which gives conservatives a bad name. The low-class attempts at humor will inevitably be used to smear FR.
This is yet another piece of real estate on the globe where people are living in a horrific condition, for those fortunate enough to survive. Prayers to Nepal and the other affected areas, and for the victims of this disaster.
and just for the record- the others probably just read the title as well- Thats what busy people do- read titles, and make quick comment and move along to next story- NOBODY is making fun of the victims in Nepal- relax
please don’t turn this into something it is not- Your title made no mention of people being killed- I and likely everyone else who made comments did so based on the title which made it seem as though only a shrine was damaged- there was no mention of dead In the title- and as I explained, many of us have little time- we go through FR reading titles, opening the link to the article and make a quick comment- I personally never even realized people had died until You Red in Blue PA responded to my comment and I saw it in my account history- and I suspect the others who commented in a joking manner probably also did the same-
There are hundreds of articles posted every day here, and I very quickly browse headlines, open the links when I find interesting ones, and make quick comments, sometimes reading through entire article, most of times either reading only part, or just the headlines- and I’m sure many do the same because we are pressed for time-
If you honestly think we were making jokes at the expense of victims- then I assure you that you are wrong- please don’t make it out like we were- Thanks
Because they responded after just reading the title and not thinking about the insensivity of laughing about any aspect of a calamity, they made fun of the victims without intending to.
Bottom line---unless one has read the article (at the very least the portion which is posted), they should not comment.
Any word from David Cloud?
Thanks for the info. We live in a very troubled world. http://www.patburt.com/
All of my donations for aid overseas go to Samaritan’s Purse. Franklin Graham is a last-days prophet, and I will support him any way I can.
Agreed. A 7.9 quake is serious business, whatever the headline might say.
well I see you ARE going to turn this into something that it wasn’t- whatever- have a nice day
The U.S. Mission in Nepal will contribute $1 million in initial assistance to support disaster relief efforts. A search and rescue team is preparing for their Nepal departure, and in addition, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has a Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) on its way. We will continue providing updates.
We encourage people in the United States to contact the State Department at NepalEmergencyUSC@state.gov or 1-888-407-4747 to provide us with information about U.S. citizens in Nepal who may be in need of assistance.
Mount Everest: Avalanche Triggered by Nepal Earthquake Leaves at Least 10 Dead on Mountain
The avalanche hit an area between Everest Base Camp and Khumbu Icefall, a treacherous portion of the route to Everest’s summit. Authorities said 10 bodies had been recovered, the AP reported.
I think the government of Nepal should ban fracking NOW!!!
