Yes the majority have bought into it, from all sides of the political spectrum, or the National Felons League would be out of business.
NFL has only become more popular when fruity celebration dancing and chest slapping displays after even mundane plays became the norm. It boggles my mind that NFL is considered manly and tough when all that swishy dog squeeze is going on. Looking around at the general culture it shouldn’t be surprising it is the most popular US pro sport by far.
