The Fall of the House of Clinton
PJ Media ^ | 4-27-15 | Victor Davis Hanson

Boys and girls, Count Victor presents a berrry, berrry scarrrrrry tale of political corruption run amok.

Hillary Clinton will probably survive her latest ethical disaster. James Carville — of “if you drag a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you’ll find” fame — is back again to pronounce the Clinton Foundation scandal as “diddly-squat.” He may be right in the political sense. After all, we know the standard Clinton rescue plan from the past: her aging point-men like Carville, Lanny Davis, and Paul Begala flood the airways, yelling “prove it!” at their television hosts and declaring:

1.That the accusations are “old news.” 2.That the accusers are funded by right-wing conspiracists. 3.That everyone does what the Clintons did. 4.That the media pick on the Clintons. 5.That there is no hard evidence (because they have destroyed documents) that would ever lead to a criminal case. And: 6.That they are moving on, to work on behalf of the folks.

"The utter moral collapse of the House of Clinton is, of course, a national disgrace. But the shame is not because the Clintons are what they are — grifters in ties and pantsuits. Rather, the liberal community’s neglect of three decades of their amorality reminds us what progressivism has become: a psychological squaring in which abstract caring allows privileged people to enjoy their material bounty without guilt over where it came from or how it is used."

Can't get much more spot on that that.

Victor left out Hillary’s standard claim that all of the scandals are mere “distractions.”

The way the shite is falling on her, even from normally lib MSM, any one of the incoming Scuds could hit the arms depot.

Some say, “Oh the masses see all this as too complicated”, except the masses can relate to the “Foundation” giving bad meds to AIDS victims and spending only 10% of the millions they scoop up in 2013 on charities. Many even half idiots can recognize the bad deal of Putin getting OUR uranium.

Worst for the klintoons, is that their corrupt foreign leader and corporate friends DO NOT like all the publicity. Turn on the light, the roaches scurry.

I don’t know about whether we should want Hillary as the dem candidate or not. Seems she is such damaged goods, she might be easy to defeat. What do you think?

At one time that may have been a good statement....

How many among us REALLY thought that not only a Black Man but one with (real) ‘African roots’ and a ‘funny sounding name’, with a middle name of a ‘hated’ adversary would or could be elected President, not once but twice?

First time ‘we’ figured may have been a fluke BUT the second time showed how far we had sunk under the spell of Liberalism - of course the R’s didn’t help the situation by running another ‘loser’ to oppose BO’s 2nd term.

Even the first time was suspicious because ‘they’(R’s) turned the pro McClain to ANTI Palin and concentrated on that more than the task at hand- I would take a stab and say Rove & Co also figured the earth would swallow us up before such as BO would be elected.

The liberals are such Kool Aid imbibers that they will vote for her anyway. And the loinfo voters don’t educate themselves about anything. Did you see that college campus in Maryland where none of the students could identify Reagan this week? They all vote, too.
