It’s already been stated that there was no probable cause for the police to have chased him down. He had a prior record, but in this incident he was not doing anything illegal.

I have an idea. They hate the cops so pull them out and cordon off the high crime areas. Keep the cops out for a week or ten days and most of the problems will be dead by then.

I talked to one of the 4 sheriff’s deputies contracted to provide police coverage to my township. He said this was a prize assignment because serious crime is practically unknown here.

We had a local department till a few years ago but couldn’t justify the cost so we got rid of them and contracted with the county.

Fox's coverage is trivial compared to CNN. The amount of time CNN keeps devoting to anything anti-police is overwhelming and leaves no doubt that it is dedicated to this crusade.
