Cnn reporting that the whole street is being looted.
The police do not have the high shields. There are people in the side streets waiting for people in cars who do not like blacks. This was said by a reporter who had a Hispanic last name.
Right now they are looting a cellphone store.
Blue bandannas on their face are the Crips.
