The democratic Mayor of Baltimore who incited the rioters thugs to destroy the city should be put in jail and impeached
Dozens of Blacks are murdered by Blacks every month just in Chicago. Obama should create a department in the white and hire several dozens of new personal to be sent as Obama’s personal representatives to the funerals of murdered Blacks regardless of the race of the perpetrator. Is for Obama the life of a Black only worthy if the murderer is white, but is worthless is the murderer is Black?
According to FBHI statistics, 84% of white homicide victims were murdered by Blacks. How many times Obama sent his White House personal representatives to the funerals of Whites murdered by Black felons?

I think it is easy to determine where violent action is taking place, fly the helicopter a few feet over the buildings and notify people deadly force will be used in this area, and then start shooting.Back in the '60s, when the Italian Communists used to riot in the streets on a weekly basis, the police loaded their water cannon with dye, sprayed the rioters and then afterward, arrested anyone so marked.
In the current situation, use a brilliant yellow and do the same. The side benefit is that the rioters would make excellent targets illuminated in this manner.
