Do a google image search... should be fairly obvious. It’s a downward point in the hairline at the top of the forehead. Not everybody has one, but judging from Rehana’s live photo, she does.
Look at the hairline on her forehead! It makes a dip that’s called a widow’s peak. This is a distinguished characteristic that is not shown on this obviously photo-shopped image.
