Well this Gov. is a WHOLE LOT BETTER then the one in Mizzou with regards to the riots in Ferguson last year. At least the NG got called up in a day’s time.
I’d expect so. 12% of the population isn’t going to scare anybody unless the power structure and media allow it; even worse encourage it. In the end, however, the farther out you go from these pockets, the less actual impact there is.
If anything, the government and media have done them a disservice by gradually hardening the hearts of non-urban America against whatever substantive complaints they actually have.

I know he's Republican but Baltimore is another chocolate city and a staunchly Democrat city and there is there is absolutely no upside to the Maryland National Guard being involved in shooting any of Obama's sons, but lots of downside.
This is and likely will continue to be Baltimore's problem. At best, maybe it will keep some of the Maryland State Police from manning the infamous I-95 speed traps for a time.

Well if that was his motivation, I’d say he’s a worthless jerk! You don’t play political games with morons like Stephanie whatever her name is, to take charge and leave her in the dust of indecision. I was not impressed with Hogan, but then I guess this is the best the GOP can come up with in a state like MD.
