Those who THINK the NG will control the streets should think again. I DO NOT see the NG being equipped with live ammunition, nor do I see the NG adequately trained to control the wild animal tactics of the street rats. Most NG members are your average citizen who have not been adequately trained to do the job of the police. I believe they are asking too much of the NG for this dangerous assignment.
