My ex worked in a ‘wayward youth’ home.
Dunno about #3 but the other 2 *were* huge issues to those kids.
One night, I had to come in at 2 am and convince them I was a “sensitive”, and reassure them that the house, that for some crazy reason, had them all spooked that night, was “clear” of ghosts.
