Satan, Obama and the Democrats have successfully fundamentally transformed our once great nation into a morally bankrupt socialist hell-hole!

A decadent culture defines tolerance as the willful suspension of making rational judgments and the acceptance of harmful, absurd aberrancies.

I'm working on an essay .... my thought/draft;

Subject: homosexuality is unConstitutional

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

There is NOTHING I've encountered with the homosexual community in the last two weeks that can be identified with;

a more perfect union,
establishment of justice,
domestic tranquility,
common defense,
general welfare,
and most importantly to

secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity

Homosexuals cannot reproduce so they cannot be a perticipant in securing blessings because they produce no posterity

Because they cannot reproduce, They are a culture of death, no different than islam.

They are selfish so they cannot be part of a general welfare,

They endeavor to disengage themselves so they cannot be a participant in domestic tranquility,

They seek no justice but rather special entreaty,

Homosexuality is unConstitutional and not American

They are aliens unwilling to assimulate to a pre-existing, well operating culture

They seek discord amongst the peaceful

Homosexuality is a death cult

(and with the 24/7/wall-to-wall Baltimore .... it wouldn't take too much rewording to apply this THERE)

(Comments, critiques and flames welcome .... I'm an equal opportunity offender)

I have no reason to think the arguments against homo marriage will be solid. They should be, but they likely won’t be.

Captain Obvious should take over and remind the court that marriage became an issue not for love but for children. Every person ever born was born of heterosexuality. The government recognition was about encouraging the family unit to stay together and to be responsible for their offspring so the government would not have to. It is irrelevant that all such unions do not produce children. What is relevant is that all children come from such unions. So it is a SPECIAL and UNIQUE union that is important beyond all others and should be encouraged by society — for the general welfare of all.

Who you love was never the focus. Lots of love goes unrecognized — friendship, siblings, etc... It is not about setting up house — roommates go unrecognized. It is not about all sex preferences — use your own imagination there. It is about society encouraging a strong family unit for the benefit of future generations.

Society should not be forced to call equal what is fundamentally unequal. Nature made them unequal. Homosexuality brought us diseases. Heterosexuality brings us children — out future. These are no where near equal regardless of the sexual satisfaction some find in homosexuality (which is at its core an admission that one is attracted to oneself). (And let me point out that the body parts do not match up no matter how much denial of reality people want to do. That is just a physical fact. Why not give a tax break to the individual who can pleasure himself? Every org... does not deserve government benefits.)

This Supreme Court hearing is a sham and any ruling in favor of mandatory acceptance of sodomy is arguably void on its face.

First: No federal court has jurisdiction to judge marriage as marriage is neither a right nor a privilege. For proof of this fact try to marry your adult sibling. As such its not covered under the 14th’s jurisdiction, nor is it a civil rights claim.

Second: Marriage is an establishment of religion. The First Amendment bars the government from changing it.

Third: Kagan and Ginsberg by publicly advocating for forced public acceptance of sodomy have demonstrated a bias as well as conflict of interest requiring them to recuse themselves from the case. They have not done so.

The absence of the forgoing arguments in front of the court and the refusal to recuse themselves by the two who have shown the most conflict of interest in the case are proof the hearing today is a sham.

Are you following the liveblog? If you are, you would see that there are serious holes being poked in the plantiff’s case. Even Kennedy and Breyer are asking why they are trying to force this through the courts instead of letting the states decide.

Chief Justice Roberts shifted gears and lobbed a skeptical hypothetical question at the states. Sue loves Joe and Tom also loves Joe, but Sue can marry Joe, while Tom can’t, he said. “Why isn’t that a straightforward case of sexual discrimination?” he asked.

Mr. Bursch again discussed the states’ position that traditional marriage binds children and biological parents. And he said states had a legitimate interest in stopping the decades-long rise in out-of-wedlock births. Justice Sotomayor said that rise had nothing to do with allowing same-sex couples to marry. Justice Kennedy said gay couples were the ones who were standing ready to adopt unwanted, out-of-wedlock children. So that line of argument cuts against the states, he said.

Mr. Bursch stuck with his position. The more that traditional marriage is weakened, the more likely it is that bonds between opposite sex couples won’t be maintained, he said.

He again said the states’ position focused on the importance of marriage for childbearing. The institution of marriage was never meant to be about bestowing dignity on couples, he said. This drew a sharp response from Justice Kennedy. “I thought the whole purpose” was to bestow dignity, he said.

see my #4

Of all entities, the USSC should see the unconstitutionality of homosexuality ... I've articulated a few (admittedly somewhat sophomoric) reasons
