The 30-year-old Soquel man accused of slapping two joggers butts Thursday morning was re-arrested over the weekend.
Lee Cast posted bail Friday, after Santa Cruz police arrested him in relation to an alleged sexual assault on a Santa Cruz runner on Bay Avenue. A second jogger making the same allegations for an encounter later Thursday morning on Portola Drive did not come forward until after Casts release from jail, Santa Cruz police Lt. Bernie Escalante said.

If slapping butts is sexual assault, then slapping a woman’s face should be considered sexual assualt since there’s a lot more oral sex going on than anal sex. Billy boy should be a registered sex pervert.
Yes, I sometimes see a fabulous ass and have to control myself. I keep my hands to myself and just cry.
Looks like a woman to me.
frightening, fuzzy and frightening
It’s weird
I recall 40 years ago men would pinch or slap a girls ass they might get slapped....or ignored or a drink thrown on them
Today they get arrested
In 1978 a 23 year old beautiful secretary was on my fathers King Air B100 with he and my dads business partner....pilot and co pilot.....female CFO and I think another girl
Kathy was my dads secretary and anyhow my dads partner grabbed her butt in her tight HIS jeans as was the fashion then...the jeans that is....as she bent over to get drinks from the fridge....she was blonde and leggy...nice Apple butt
She just politely told him to behave.....
My dad was pissed but talked to him privately later and dad told me and mom when they returned
It was frowned on but that was it.......pretty much
I know this well because that little gal from Piggot Arkansas became my first real love....a few years later after I wore her down....only one of 3 true loves ever
She coulda sued for at least 25,000 for one pinch
My wife ....third of my true loves and going on two decades now....dealt with crap like that and quid pro quo stuff forever.....she got groped incognito in a crowded bar in Alpharetta recently
It’s just what women put up with...it might cause a slap or cursing back or if I saw it...a punch....like at a Husker Dü show in 88 @ the Ritz in Manhattan with my ex
But never an arrest or lawsuit
Women used to just tell the guys to bugger off or have a fighting male relative talk to them
Now all women are victims even though we now slut women up from around puberty onwards
Screw around like men but when it suits you swoon like an innocent flower victim of those mean men
It’s just silly
What is troubling about slap happy is he could be a freak....a freak to worry over
I’ve always fought my own battles as far as this type of thing is concerned. I’ve never found it necessary to run to the “authorities” over something that can be handled so simply.
I used to work with a man who was a hound dog. He’d been demoted for having a relationship with his secretary (in a closet at work, LOL). He got in the habit of watching me, and when he could get me alone, he would cut me off and back me up against a wall...and in a fairly aggressive manner. I didn’t run to human resources or any of that. I told him, quite factually, that if he kept it up I would kick his (censored) up to his throat. And that was not an empty threat. He saw I was serious, quit his foolishness, and we got along just fine after that...we were friends, even.
Not long ago, I was in the grocery store, and a man-—very dirty, looked like he’d gotten off a construction job or something-—walked up to me and said, “Your hair is so beautiful, it’s like my girlfriend’s hair”, and he stretched out his very dirty hand to touch it. I leaned back and said, “No, no touching, put your hand down.” And he did. He apologized, and I even thanked him for complimenting me.
Yep, that mugshot is just not right.
