Would Salt Lake City, Portland, and Seattle also count as "anywhere"? Sorry but one needs a critical mass of "Amish" for a city to be exposed to the risk of these types of riots.

Rep. Elijah Cummings once again trying to portray hisself as Elijah the Prophet. With one or two qualifiers, he may be right... uh ah no wait, correct. There is no way in hell Elijah would be ‘right’. The qualifiers being; The city must be heavily Democrat with a large or majority black population.
