So now we find out the other criminal in the van was subsequently not charged with anything. They let him go (after his testimony).... and now he is changing his story. And we find out the cops did not tell the whole truth to the investigators. As it pertains to the number of times the van was stopped while in transport.

Gee boss... we don't know what happened.... we just put him in the van and he was okay then... and somehow he broke his own neck and crushed his windpipe.
