They are running out of things to blame. Millions spent on education...no effect. Millions spent on the war on poverty, no effect ...so it isn’t money. In Baltimore, a mostly black city council, black police chief, black city attorney, even a black “just us” Department and black President... So putting blacks in charge had no effect. What is left? Keep peeling the onion and you will find liberalism at the core is what makes it rottin.

The dirty little secret that the Democrats do not want anyone to know is that the billions spent on education and the war on poverty was spent on salaries, gold plated pensions, and life long healthcare for hacks and minions. Liberalism all along has been one big Clinton Foundation. Very little spent on the subject, but billions given to the coatholders. As our cities crumbled, the DC suburbs flourished. All the so-called programs were created to benefit the government workers, not the recipients. Back in the 60’s, a friend of my father's, a real idealistic Liberal went to work for Head Start. He left soon after shaken when he saw the other Head Start workers doing nothing for the children, but they spent their time selling the school supplies out the back door, they even sold copy machines out the back door.
