I think they need to have multiple debates with no more than three candidates present at a time. The networks can organize them and invite whomever they please as long as they get around to all of them.
Almost all of the GOP debate schedule is already determined. Look for many candidates on stage to prevent Cruz from standing out.
Easier, just eliminate the full-term governors and it gets down to a manageable size.
Nah, KEEP the governors, who know how to manage a government by the mere nature of the office, and elliminate all senators. Senators stink - they have never made good presidents, just egotistical ones.
We have more than a year to go before the real run-up begins

You may want to look at the schedule. By this time in 2016 we’ll likely know the winner.
There will be some 25 primaries and several caucuses by the end of April.

Tenative debate schedule:
How do you get into a debate?
Poll well.
How do you get your name in the polls?
Pass muster with the Uniparty/Media controllers.
The game is now as rigged as a Soviet “election.” The only difference is it’s just a touch more sophisticated.
“Almost all of the GOP debate schedule is already determined”.
No. Some debates have been scheduled. There’s no reason why others can’t be scheduled unless the candidates were stupid enough to agree to do no other debates.
Fox news could host some “discussions” — call them what you like.
FWIW.......
WASHINGTON Today, at the Republican National Committee (RNC) Winter Meeting in
San Diego, California, the RNC announced that it has sanctioned nine debates
from August 2015 through March 1, 2016. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus presented a clear
vision for the debate process, including the dates, locations and sponsors.

No debates. Especially no debates moderated by communist pervert traitors.
I don’t need debates. I only need voting records and public statements.
But - maybe debates are important for mushy middle voters?
“has sanctioned nine debates”
Sounds like plenty but I think having 6 or so candidates in the same debate isn’t real productive.
Ok, we can have those 9 debates, but I’d also like to see some “discussions” with only two candidates and a moderator present.
“attempts at gotchas”
I expect a candidate to be able to handle gotchas with ease.
A favorite of mine is “I’ll talk about that all you want but not right now. There are better ways of spending this debate’s time”
