Is this just mystery meat, which has been around for ages, or Michelle’s nutritional recommendation? Hard to blame her for a particular school deciding whether to spend money on food or staff. Clearly, they saved on this “food,” enabling them to dissipate the budget in more meaningful (/S) ways.
