I'm guessing that you are referring to the author's repeated use of the upper case letter "B" in the word "black".
Unfortunately, too many F.R. folks have fallen into the same misusage.
Black is a color, an adjective and only gets "B" when it starts a sentence, regardless of how many times negro and other liberals misuse it.

That can NOT be addressed unless the “racism” charge is properly dropped like an anvil onto the malevolence of liberalism, the policies that spring from it, and the adherents who follow it.
