Incidents with constitutional violations (civil rights violations) will only become increasingly more common in suburbs and rural areas, too. The Article V Convention scam is only a plot for an attempt to more completely legitimize the putsch.
We know that it will be perpetrated in all kinds of neighborhoods--not only black neighborhoods. We also know that after many more are laid off from government jobs or lose portions of pensions due to repudiations of debt, that there are plans to take mass brutality to unprecedented levels.
The political/regulator class (influential constituency) is afraid and behaving irrationally instead of trying to solve problems. Such behavior only leads to more violence, destruction and economic decline.
There isn't much time to dump the state and local regulations and fees that stand in the way of owner builds and new, small manufacturing starts. That would be one solution.
