Cops negligent, MAYOR NOT? She watched a CVS full of prescription drugs get looted by TEENS and did NOTHING. That's not negligence?

Of course the mayor has been negligent in her handling of the protests/riots (at least negligent - possibly intentionally destructive).

But that does not mean that the officers' actions were lawful.

I am merely citing the fact that the Mayor was negligent for all the world to see on national television, as opposed to officers ALLEGEDLY doing wrong away from the cameras.

The Mayor's negligence has probably resulted in medical emergencies, if not deaths from all the prescription drugs LOOTED FROM CVS ON HER WATCH being circulated throughout Baltimore.
