If the cops are doing a FI (Field Investigation) on you, and you decide to high tail it and run away from them FOR ONE MILE FOOT CHASE, expect to have some very PO’d cops when they catch up with you. Can you be arrested for running from the cops although you haven’t yet been arrested? I don’t know.

Yes you can be arrested for running from the Po-Po. But the original reason the cops said they chased him was because he gave them “a look”. Then they tried (at some point) to claim it was the knife that they found once he was in custody.

I think it was business as usual for both the cops and the criminals that day(which is a sad state of affairs) that had a terrible ending. Rough driving with no seat belts, tuning up a guy while he is cuffed etc...
