These charges did not originate from grand jury indictments.
These charges originated from the State Attorney who claims to have probable cause to make the charges.
This is basically what Angela Corey did in the George Zimmerman/ Trayvon Martin case.

There may be a great defense for the cops in this case also. The other case was nuts from the start.
This one, not so much. There is no evidence or witness that corroborates the cops behavior on any level, starting with the arrest without cause. From there it accelerates down hill against the cops.
We haven’t heard really anything for the cops defense, however.
