In the nearly two-year smorgasbord of scandal (real and faux) that the Hillary Rodham Clinton presidential campaign promises to deliver, last month’s brouhaha over her email was but an appetizer.
Not two weeks after she officially announced her run for president, Clinton has been informed that she will be hauled not once, but twice, before the House committee re-investigating the attacks on the U.S. compound in Benghazi in 2012.
The book, Clinton Cash, by conservative author Peter Schweizer, makes a circumstantial case for possible wrongdoing by Clinton, tying the timing of speaking fees paid to her husband and donations to the foundation to actions taken by the State Dept. that benefited the donors.
While Schweizer has no proof of any quid pro quos, the attention generated by the not-yet-published book has forced the Clinton Foundation into a defensive posture, and in the early going, things aren’t working out very well.
“In 2013, for example, only 10 percent of the Clinton Foundation’s expenditures were for direct charitable grants,” Davis writes. “The amount it spent on charitable grants–$8.8 million–was dwarfed by the $17.2 million it cumulatively spent on travel, rent, and office supplies. Between 2011 and 2013, the organization spent only 9.9 percent of the $252 million it collected on direct charitable grants.”
If these circumstantial allegations stick to Clinton, it can affect not only the presidential race, but also tilt the balance in the House and Senate.

BACKSTORY In the fall of 2009, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was trying to get the necessary 60 Dimocrat votes to pass the Affordable Care Act. He needed every Dim on board, which gave waffling senators a great deal of leverage. In Landrieu's case, she connivingly saw that selling her aye vote could get her maybe $200 million federal dollars. Obama complied. Reid chalked up another vote for Obamacare----not the measly $200 million but $4.3 billon was attached to the Obamacare bill earmarked for Landrieu.

How $4.3 billion to Landrieu was calculatedly attached to the Obamacare bill, and how Obama and Reid (cough) "failed to catch and fix it," is yet another indictment of the Obamacare atrocity.
The $4.3 billion handoff to Landrieu should be investigated as an indication of how EVERY Democrat came to vote for Obamacare....and how tax dollars were laundered to get lock-stepping Democrats' votes.

REFERENCE---- ACA SEC. 4002. PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND.
(a) PURPOSE. It is the purpose of this section of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) to establish a Prevention and Public Health Fund (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Fund’’), to be administered through the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary, to provide for expanded and sustained national investment in prevention and public health programs to improve health and help restrain the rate of growth in private and public sector health care costs.
(b) FUNDING.—There are hereby authorized to be appropriated, and appropriated, to the Fund, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated—
(1) for fiscal year 2010, $500,000,000;
(2) for fiscal year 2011, $750,000,000;
(3) for fiscal year 2012, $1,000,000,000;
(4) for fiscal year 2013, $1,250,000,000;
(5) for fiscal year 2014, $1,500,000,000; and
(6) for fiscal year 2015, and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000.
(c) USE OF FUND.—The Secretary shall transfer amounts in the Fund to accounts within the Department of Health and Human Services to increase funding, over the fiscal year 2008 level, for programs authorized by the Public Health Service Act, for prevention, wellness, and public health activities including prevention research and health screenings, such as the Community Transformation grant program, the Education and Outreach Campaign for Preventive Benefits, and immunization programs.
(d) TRANSFER AUTHORITY.—The Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of may provide for the transfer of funds in the Fund to eligible activities under this section, subject to subsection (c).

Lets wait ill the election of 2016 is over. Until than i will hope the democrats are history, but I have my doubts that anything will really happen as this country has become dead to corruption. Correct me if I am wrong.
Sounds nice but I don’t think all this crap is going to hurt the Clintons any more than all the other crap that has poured out of the Clintons fsince the Arkansas days. I come more and more to believe that those two have an actual formal deal with Satan. Comes the current scandal which looks like it will finally do the job- NYT and WaPo joining in the fray and what happens? Baltimore. Iran takes a ship of an American protectorate in Hormuz. Earthquakes in Nepal and South America. And it is all off the front page. It has evanesced. They skate again. If it gets dangerous for them again there will be even greater catastrophes in the world, not counting the Negro Rebellion that Hussein and Co. are fomenting all about the country.

Well, I know Ted Cruz and Rand Paul will keep pounding away at all these scandals well into 2016. I’m not sure anyone else will. If all this mess (especially the Russia/Uranium connection) could just sway 5% who was going to vote for her to vote for someone else, or just stay home, that would swing the Election into the “Lost” column for Hillary.

Exactly right. Practically all otherwise sensible women who would normally vote for a moderate/conservative Repub man will vote for Hillary for just one irrational reason, if elected she will be the 1st woman president.
By the same token, practically all women, a majority of whom are liberals or at least moderates, would also have voted for conservative Margaret Thatcher if she could have run over here.
By and large, women usually make decisions based more on how they "feel" about the matter at hand than they do by rational thought processes.
Not trying to stir up a hornet's nest, just stating a well known fact.
Like so many others who have posted here, I do not believe ANYTHING will keep most dumocrat voters from voting for the likes of candidates such as Hillary, Bill, Obama, etc.
The democrat base is the lower IQ crowd. “Low information” is the nice, politically correct way to describe them.
