I have to say that the way the story is being told, I support the murder charge.

But I could be hearing nothing but BS. I dunno.

1. They had no legal basis for arrest.

2. The cuffed, but did not restrain the guy in the back of a van with a steel "cage" around him.

3. They took him on "the nickle ride" to "soften him up" before booking.

Only problem is he banged his head and died with a broken neck.

If the above is true, the murder charge is warranted.

Not even close to murder. Only negligent homicide is called for. They purposely over charged to get not guilty and Rodney King style riots. It is all coming now. Guaranteed. Just as Ann and Matt have warned. Leave the big cities now before it is too late.

Are you aware of his arrest record? Are you aware he ran from the police after he was stopped?

These two facts right here tell me Freddie Boy was to blame for his demise.

Just Like Trayvon, Michael, Eric and more to come.

If we have learned anything it's not to swallow mainstream media's propaganda and to wait for all the facts. Remember that even the DOJ could not bring charges against either George Zimmerman nor Officer Wilson. That speaks volumes to me, all the propaganda yet no charges!

Even if you accept that, do you really think six officers are guilty?

>> murder charge.

Homicide is not necessarily murder. And if negligence is involved, than perhaps manslaughter.

Police brutality is among the most egregious of crimes, but I’m not aware of any evidence indicating that’s the case here. And I’m not saying there was no intentional abuse.

Too many in media, office, and rioting on the street don’t give a crap about the facts.

What is obvious, however, is the necessity of the 2nd Amendment.

1. They had no legal basis for arrest.

I’ve read there was.

2. The cuffed, but did not restrain the guy in the back of a van with a steel “cage” around him.

Don’t know enough to answer.

3. They took him on “the nickle ride” to “soften him up” before booking.

You have no evidence of that and the other rider didn’t say that happened.

Our side is as bad as the other side sometimes. We can’t all be HANNITY clones and who would wanna be?

In a crisis or crunch time, CNN has always had sources FOX can only dream of.

After some of the FOX behavior during this crisis, they will never get the sources either. I record FOX from 5 - 10PM, but I watch a lot of CNN for the underground skinny.

Nope, manslaughter at the very most. Unless one can prove that they intended to kill him. I don't think any of those cops had it in their mind that they wanted to kill him. The prosecutors threw the book at them to quiet the savages. The problem for the race baiters is that it will go to trial and they will be acquitted on the very worse charges which puts them back to square one.

Really the only way they can calm the crowd down is to lynch them....which i suspect is the way our society is headed.
