FOX NEWS BOMBSHELL! Freddie Gray tested positive for HEROIN and POT, cops saw him DEALING DRUGS!
Fox News/therightscoop ^ | 5/1/15

Posted on 05/01/2015 7:37:37 PM PDT by Greetings_Puny_Humans

Hannity talking with anonymous cop making breaking news. Cop says Freddy tested positive for drugs, including heroin, thus supporting story by cops and the other criminal in the van that Freddy was trying to cause harm to himself. The drugs would certainly make it easier for him to do it.

Cop also says they were explicitly told not to confront looters and robbers "direct from commander."

You or someone with your critical thinking skills will not be on the jury. The jury will be made up of people who
thought OJ was not guilty.

Too bad the cops have to hide their faces to defend themselves and their friends....but in a town run by liberals, thugs, gangs, looters and moochers, I’m not surprised.

I posted the other evening that I think Freddie's spine/neck was injured, possibly broken, even before he was put into the van....from causes as yet unknown.....and the six cops and/or the ride on the way to be booked were not responsible.

Look closely at the video. His limp frame was like that of a rag doll and he was artificially being propped up to look like he was both ambulent and able to stand or climb into the van on his own.

But, so far, I guess I'm the only one on FR to hold this opinion.

I saw a Serbian player in the Greek professional basketball league break his neck and paralyze himself by hitting his head against the basket support stanchion. He was upset with himself for making a bad play and walked over to the padded basket support and hit his head against it. It was a freak angle and he was paralyzed from the neck down. Tragic case that demonstrated how easy it is to hurt yourself very badly without trying to.

I thought I had read that Freddie only sold heroin, and that he never used it.

You smoke a lot of pot? It definitely can induce paranoia, to the point of panic attacks.

Marijuana is classified as a hallucinogenic. It normally increases heart rate quite significantly.

Just a minor thing that needs to be pointed out is that a person doesn't test positive for heroin. The test will show the presence of morphine.

Anything is possible here, but the State has huge hurdles to overcome to convict anyone in this case of a felony.

Then there's the matter of the arrest. He had a legal knife, so that is out. In some states though, it is against the law to be under the influence of certain drugs like meth, heroin, and PCP. I'll put on my flame suit because here will come accusations of "the ends justifies the means." I'm not going there. Just pointing out that depending on the laws of the State of Maryland, he may have been in custody legally, but not for the correct charge.

One of the first things that the Police Union is going to push for is a change of venue and disqualification of anyone who can possibly be viewed as having a conflict of interest. This trial will might get started about the time Obomination is out of office.

Hannity really has some scoops with that interview. Most important the toxicological results and the purported witnessing of a drug transaction by the cops. If true it explains a lot.

And who actually saw the tox report? Was he arrested for the knife or possession/sale of drugs?

Vans are not F-16’s.

Yup.

The question is: Do the police have the right to beat and murder the people that they have in custody?

The answer is NO.

They do NOT.

His neck was absolutely shattered. There is a stop that none of the cops admit to on the GPS.

Looks to me like they stopped, beat him up, broke his neck, then tossed him back in the van.

Was he a criminal? Hell, yes! He had a rap sheet longer than my arm. Was he being a jerk? I’m positive that he was.

Does ANY of that give the cops the right to beat/murder him?

NO.

They are our law enforcers. They did their job when they arrested him. It was not their job to punish him or execute him.

I think the cops were messing with him. Driving their van at high speed than stomping on the brakes which caused his body to careen around the van and is what caused the severed spine

The problem with that theory is the bolt he hit his head on was on the door latch in the back of the van. When the driver hits the brakes, the guys in the back slide to the front of the van.

Now, if he is standing up, it is possible he fell over when the the van accelerated forward and hit his head on the back door, but that is way different than deliberately slamming on the brakes. Much closer to accidental than the brakes.

“a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.”

I’m sure “the back of the van” means in the compartment in the back as opposed to the front where there drivers sit.

I think the idea that, in that space, restrained the way he was, he broke his own neck is ridiculous. Lying on his belly with no way to guard his head, feet bound, one quick slam on the brakes would have slid him head first into the forward “bulkhead” or whatever you call it. That’s all it would have taken. Maybe a quick acceleration and hard braking. Left and right turns would not have done a thing, since he was in a kind of “slot” between the bench seat and the middle divider. It’s not like the police have not done that many times before. Was it noticed all those other times?

It would be nice if the van had GPS.

I looked at that for a long time. I think he went into "dead weight" mode. I've done that...

I see him standing at the van and his legs are rigid....I don't believe he's being held up at that point...just be guided.

“Probably not second degree murder”

I didn’t suggest second degree murder was in order.

“Not sure if I’m willing to take CNN’s word for it, especially when cops and another criminal are saying they heard evidence of him attempting self harm. He’d have to be sitting up to do it. That “bolt” would also have to be facing towards the front of the van and ground level. From what I have heard, the bolt they’re talking about was on the door”

If you have any info on the location of the bolt, I’d love to see it. My guess is that there are bolts all over the back van. Why would there be a single exposed bolt in the rear compartment and no others?
