Heroin is a literal narcotic....the toxicology is wrong to suggest “the drugs made him do it.”

I worked for 20 years in the ER of a major city hospital.I've see more heroin ODs than you've had hot dinners.If you have a couple of days I'll tell you some stories of the havoc that heroin addicts are capable of causing.

Based on your experience, what do you think is a plausible explanation for what happened? Granted, that we don’t have all the evidence yet.
