The States’ Attorney stated correctly, that that is a legal knife in Maryland. However, she blatantly omitted the fact that spring assisted knives are illegal in the city of Baltimore.

Mosby only came into her position just four months ago....so she's worse then just green.....when she was running she accused the long-standing white prosecutor of being 'too close to the police force' and promised to hold police accountable........I said she has her own ax to grind in this....'SHE' is going to show them one way or the other, who now has the power.

I ran across a former Prosecutor who said of Mosby and the Mayor..."I am appalled at Mosby and her smug face as she uses these police officers as political pawns..... Neither of these women understand the definition of justice. Simply pathetic and shameful.".........there are many who have expressed disdain for both their conduct throughout this. Plenty are angry she announced in such short a time and believe fully this is "Political activisim"......she and her husband stand to gain or loose by how this is played.

Imo she is as vindictive as the mob she was standing in front of....her body language and tone evidenced this...she even used the mobs langauge thus identifying with them. So her professional ethics more than fell short...there were none Imo.

Yes, that does play into this greatly...as does feminism...and the fact many black woman do rule the roost to begin with or at the very least want to.

If you noted in Ferguson the woman were often the ones with blow horns, and did so even without. There is no other miniority with as much anger and frustration as the American Black Woman.....and in part it’s understandable why they are. Their husbands abandon them and their children often because the men cannot meet the expectations the woman want. They are not the easiest women to live with.

When these officials ‘began playing’ this as a political opportunity first and foremost, then they had no other recourse then to manipulate circumstances and people to conform to that agenda.

Just as Obama and the Clinton Machine tactics are seen, so to expect as much in this situation as it moves along. The question will be how much leverage can they use against people to cause them to conform.....or as in the case of the guy who said Grey was banking himself around in the van, to recant what they do reveal.

You will see more and more of the black community with hold information which might be advantageous to the officers out of fear of that pressure. It’s “tribal politics” for the black community there in Baltimore....the “Chiefs” will use you or abuse you now because they will protect their hands from getting into the flame or being seen as setting any of it.

And you don’t think the criminals “play” to those cameras? They’re all claiming they can’t breath, or falling down as if injured, or provoking the police to do something where they can be sued or accused.

This is not new but standard in arrests with repeat offenders.
