Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female “eye-witness”, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community. Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

I saw her earlier. The police should haul her lying little fanny into the Mayors office and have the States Attorney there and play that video for them all.

Just read the ‘eye witness’ testimony part of the Brown shooting. Beyond odd. People of different sides had ‘wacky’ stories and observations. Beyond that, people are sitting in prison, based on ‘eye witness’ testimony.

Both....it’s about her being in front of the camera. They’re even dressing for the day because they might be on TV.
Just like when the Mayor Of Baltimore said her words were twisted when in fact her words were not twisted all one had to do is to watch her say the words.
I don’t know why these reporters are even interviewing these people except maybe to expose them as they really are.
I’ve yet to hear any one of them state anything which isn’t full of drama, broken English, and any ability to express more than whatever comes out of their mouth at the moment.
Our local hanging judge took the very rare step of setting aside a jury’s guilty verdict and freed a black man man accused or raping a young black girl because the accuser isn’t credible.

The judge has since explained that the accuser has a long history of telling this exact same lie and admits having done so to hurt the accused and others.
He was diplomatic in saying that the prosecutor was “inexperienced and over-eager” and the defense attorney was “off his game”.
He mentioned that the jury was all white but said the problem wasn’t so much about race is it was a lack of cultural knowledge (they don’t know how easily they lie in the hood) He said they were clearly fidgety and ready to go home so they reached a quick agreement without serious consideration.
I do hope someone finds out her name so she can get appropriate accolades. /s

Bet she would pass a lie detector test as she believes what she “saw”. Her story is very believable especially as you get the police version and you throw in a little adrenaline. She saw the boy fall and heard a gun go off and her mind filled in what the eye didn’t see.
We do that all day(speed readers are experts at filling in what they really didn’t see) and advertisers are especially adept at exploring the tricks that the mind can play(anyone ever play the internet meme where you are given suggestions of a companies logo and you need to guess who it is)?
Yes, I was watching that too.....Shep was feeding it.....everyone was hyper which is generally the case .....police on the other hand are often taught and learn to control their emotions, focus and think very quickly. In fact ahead of what they actually are seeing....Which is why police are far more credible.
