The current interpretation of the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protections Clause is an incredibly powerful tool to use in leveling the playing field.
What we really need on our side is a well financed and organized Conservative version of the ACLU that would use the same sort of lawfare tactics the Left does, rooted in the 14th Amendment. I think the ACLJ comes closest amongst Conservative legal groups, but there still seems to be a hestitancy to go the full “sue anything that moves, see what sticks” route Progressives go.
