Does the CJ have a better office? If so, Roggensack should call in the movers and move the old sow out!

What sort of amendment? Would it apply ex post facto
or only when the previeous chief’s term ends?

federal judge should toss the case..state’s rights..I bet they went judge shopping..a nice liberal federal judge
