That statement is about as ridiculous as BJ's 'I have to pay the bills' and Hillary's 'We were flat broke ...'

What is it with politicians and their families that they have to lie and exaggerate?

I wouldn't have put it in terms of race or color, but when you reflect that adult admission to Boston's Museum of Fine Arts is $25 ($23 for seniors and students). Philadelphia Museum of Art charges $20 ($2 off for seniors and students). The Whitney charges $22 itself ($18 seniors and students).

True, kids get in free. And there's usually one night a week when admission is free. Maybe I'm just not used to the prices, and in a free market they can charge what they need or like, but I do get the feeling sometimes that these institutions aren't for me, let alone for people substantially poorer.

If Michelle had expressed it that way, she might get more nods of agreement. Of course, you can't go to the museum and say they charge too much. Putting it in terms of race is much more acceptable in today's America.
