Yes it is islamic/muzzie. It is well vetted as fact. (I agree when Bent Billy Clinton wagged his finger it was definitely a condescending thing). Barry is just giving a ‘shout out’ to his fellow muzzies when he does it. There are a lot of pics of muzzies flashing their finger in the air ‘gang’ sign on the net.
