Good thing at least two cops saw that knife. Otherwise, I could see Mizz Mosby doing a SWITCH-A-ROO to a different one. She might STILL try and do that, then claim she knows nothing about it.

Just thinking the same thing about a knife switch. But she is claiming that Maryland laws do not apply in Baltimore. I wonder where she got the idea she can write her own laws or decide which ones to enforce?

A switch could be risky. She doesn't know for a fact that the PD or some individual doesn't have evidence made shortly after the incident. dated photos, eyewitnesses, etc.

It's much easier for the cops to pull a switcheroo than it is for the DA.
