Oh I totally agree not appropriate on ANY level. But suspended time at worst, a find, a lot of community service etc. And being registered as a sex offender is absurd. That is NOT why those laws were originally passed. They were passed to mark rapists, pedophiles, etc.

Any sentence worse than the above is ridiculous. Lord knows I’d offer that in a plea deal as would have any Prosecutor in my office.

I don’t disagree. I think the sex offender registry rules is ridiculous. You could be put on the sex offender registry for public urination which is an abomination and another example of lawyers gone mad. To be marked like that is a worse fate than death, IMO. People don’t ask why you were put on the list. They just assume the worst.

Matters have degenerated to the point where people are on the "sex offender" list for being spotted taking a leak in public because they were desperate and couldn't find a restroom.

but I think public sex like that is pedo-philic behavior, i.e., they were making sure the kids were watching. Sexualizing children.
