On first blush, Boykin should be appointed the chair of the joint chiefs under a President Cruz or Walker administration. Then send tough airborne and Marines to clean out the politically correct Obuma wimps from the military command chain. Next step, is an airborne invasions of the NSA and appropriate arrests for sedition.
(NSA is covered under the DIA which falls under the purview of the joint chief staff who answers to President Cruz or Walker.)
