I think I read somewhere that 70% of the population is under 30. The Iranian people like America and they want to emulate the West. Its the Mullahs that are controlling them. I always figured if we could keep them from getting the bomb long enough the people would eventually overthrow the regime. Too bad Barkey didn’t help them out a few years ago. Its hard to go up agains’t guns with fists.
I recall reading similar information quite a few years ago. The young people, for the most part, are not adhering to the moslem ways, and they do not hate us.
