Obama is carry on the tradition of wrecking the Constitution and the republic before the slow-moving legal system can even address the damage much less fix it. For 14 years, NSA et al. have been using the cover of the Patriot Act to illegally spy on innocent Americans and grab a constant record of everything they say and do before a federal court intervened, just today, and called out that provision of the Patriot Act illegal.
