The only way to harmonize Cardin’s talking point with the text of the bill is ***for the House to amend the legislation with the Cruz amendment***, which would require Congress to affirmatively approve of the deal.”
Let’s hope House Conservatives can get the Cruz Amendment into the House version ASAP. That would kill the Bill.
