And my statement:

So, his first statement is that “adding CO2...would raise temperatures”
Since the increase in CO2 is LAGGING temperature rises, it can NOT be cited as a “cause”.
The same applies to the statement about “forcing”.
If it LAGS, it can NOT be a “forcing” function.
